蒜蓉的香味和排骨的肉香混为一体,厨师的烤箱的火候掌握的十分到位,排骨表面的蒜蓉香而不焦,毕竟一旦蒜蓉变焦了就会有浓重的苦味。
最后上来的是九转大肠,都秋游介绍“其实啊,以我的看法,他们这里的这个九转大肠做得比烧鸭还要好吃。
每次来到这里我都会必点,不过如果不喜欢,那就可能吃不习惯。
这位小妹妹应该吃不惯这么重口味的东西吧。”
姜映雪讪笑,她确实对这种重口味食品没有多大兴趣。

倒是李潇吃得很开心,毕竟以前孤儿院比较穷,很多时候,都需要买一些价格比较低廉的动物内脏给孩子们增加一下蛋白的补充。
当然了,这里面也包括大肠。
所以李潇从小就吃着大肠长大的,大肠的味道很不错。
属于大肠的特殊味道很澹,大肠内侧的肥油没有完全去掉,但是杂物却清理得意思不够。
口感爽脆,却不会难嚼。
因为这个大肠是经过3个小时卤煮,让坚硬的大肠变得入味且软糯,最后上锅前,厨师把卤煮好后又晾干的大肠用大火爆炒,让外皮的口感重新变得爽脆。
都秋游说地没错,如果喜欢吃大肠,这道九转大肠,确实是人间美味。
当然了,像是姜映雪这种,只能说一句无福消受了。
三人吃完饭后,又闲聊了一会,才从明月轩离开。
也不见都秋游付款,可能是直接在vip卡上扣费了吧,也不知道这顿吃了多少钱。
不过李潇不用猜都知道,这种地方,肯定不便宜。
不过李潇却没有太大心理压力,毕竟这样一顿没有山珍海味的饭,对于一个身价至少过亿的少妇来说,应该不会放在眼里。
